Overnight Lemon Oats
Fibre is a crucial yet often overlooked part of our diet. It plays a vital role in supporting digestion, balancing blood sugar levels, feeding our gut microbiome, and reducing the risk of heart disease and certain cancers.
Despite these benefits, most of us aren't getting the recommended daily intake for adults, which is 30g, but many of us fall short.
This Overnight Lemon Oats recipe is a delicious way to boost your intake, delivering around 14g of fibre per serving — nearly half your daily target.
