INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpeas, drained

5 medjool dates

3 tbsp raw cacao powder

ΒΌ cup almond butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

90g bar of 85% dark chocolate – I love Green & Blacks

Pinch of salt


METHOD

In a blender, combine chickpeas, dates, cacao powder, almond butter, maple syrup, salt, and melted chocolate until smooth.

Press into a loaf tin and freeze.

Cut into 16 bite-sized squares and dip into melted chocolate (if you want a thicker chocolate layer, use a second bar - chill between each dip). Also, if you like the ripple effect drizzle with milk chocolate.

Sprinkle with sea salt

Chill again and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
