INGREDIENTS

250 g buckwheat flour

25 g pumpkin seeds

25 g flaxseed

25 g sunflower seeds

10 g nutritional yeast

5 g poppy seeds

50 g olive oil

5 g sea salt

100 g water


METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 165 °C; line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside

Add the seeds to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Combine the seeds with the flour, nutritional yeast, and sea salt

Add the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl; combine well

Knead for 2 minutes, then tip out onto a lightly floured work surface

Roll out the dough very thinly (approx. 2mm)

Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter and place on a lined baking tray

Bake 20-25 minutes; cool and store in an air-tight container
